20 Athlete Limit

This event is open to 10 female and 10 male athletes. Ages 18+. Each athlete will have two dives in the competition in any discipline: CWT, CWTB, FIM, CNF.

60M Depth Limit

In this inaugural event, depth will be limited to 60M depth. This will be drift dive off a counter ballast boat.

USFF Sanctioned Event

This event will be judged and follow CMAS depth completion rules. You must be a member of a CMAS country or a member of the United States Freediving Federation. DAN Insurance and medical clearance to compete required.

Ideal Diving Conditions

Water temperatures range from 24°-25°C year round. Typical visibility is 30m+ in clear blue waters. Tradewinds typically pickup in later afternoon.

Open Event

With the depth limit, event is geared towards amateurs and/or first time competitors, but is open to all athletes who would like to compete in an event in the United States.

Travel and Accommodations

There are many condos and hotels close to the diving location. Airport is 30 minutes from Kihei, South Side of Maui.

Registration Includes: Official Training May 21, Two Competition Dives, Boat Transportation to/from competition dive site. Athlete must register or show membership with country CMAS organization.
